Besides online and phone-in purchases, you can get your tickets directly from ezBUS counters located in transportation hubs, shopping malls and business outlets, as well as from the Axcess office in Petaling Jaya. We are making every effort to set up more counters at strategic locations to serve you better. We will update the information of new counters here, so do come back and check them out.

ezBUS counters are also ticket collection points for purchases you make online or by phone. You can collect your ticket anytime after purchasing them with the Ticket Reference Number given to you. You can also pick up your ticket from the bus company pick-up point (or departure terminal) no later than 30 minutes before your departure.
