Your agreement to the terms, conditions and notices contained on the website is governed by the laws of Malaysia. By using the services of this website, you hereby agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website. ezBUS and the website administrator will not be held responsible for the unsuccessful completion of any transaction due to any reason that is beyond our control.

By purchasing a ticket/s from ezBUS, you ("ticket buyer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions specified herein and any other provision as may be specified from time to time.

 
a)

All tickets sold by ezBUS and its managing company, Axcess MyTicket Hub Sdn. Bhd., are transacted with us being an agent on behalf of Bus Companies ("Bus Company") who are using our ticketing system.

b)

The Bus Company is solely responsible for the bus trip stated on each ticket.

c)

Any complaints regarding the bus trip, the condition of the bus, the driver and his driving can be sent to ezbus@axcess.com.my
ezBUS Customer Service will relay all information provided by Bus Operators to passengers, while all telephone complaints will be noted and forwarded to the respective Bus Operators for further action.

d)

The ticket holder shall undertake all risks and dangers which the ticket holder may face while taking the bus trip. The ticket holder accepts that there are risks of being at the pick-up and drop-off points, and during the entire bus journey from departure to arrival. The ticket holder hereby clearly states that he will undertake all these risks or dangers. The ticket holder will further undertake all risks of loss of properties. Therefore the ticket holder agrees to release ezBUS and Axcess MyTicket Hub Sdn Bhd from any liability, regardless of whether injury or loss occurs before, during or after the bus trip.

e)

Once purchased, tickets may not be cancelled, redeemed for cash nor will exchange be made under any circumstances.

f)

Refunds on tickets will only be made if the bus trip is cancelled or postponed subject to the Terms and Conditions of Refunds.

g)

The ticket buyer shall be responsible for all tickets after they have been collected. Tickets will not be replaced if lost, destroyed or stolen.

h)

ezBUS is not obliged to re-issue, exchange or compensate any damaged tickets. Any damage to the tickets may result in ticket holder not being allowed to board the bus and ezBUS and the Bus Company will not be held responsible.

i)

Any ticket holder who boards a bus, whether moving or parked at the pick-up and drop-off points, shall comply with the rules for ticket holders published by ezBUS under the Ticket Terms & Conditions printed on the reverse side of the tickets.

j) Your seat/s will be reserved for 8 minutes so please complete your online transaction within 8 minutes. ezBUS will not bear any cost or loss resulting from Internet downtime.
   
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REFUNDS OWING TO POSTPONEMENT/CANCELLATION
1)

Ticket refunds are only allowed when a bus trip is postponed or cancelled. If your bus trip has not been cancelled or postponed, refunds are not allowed. Policies set forth by our Bus Companies prohibit ezBUS from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.

2)

Ticket refunds owing to the postponement or cancellation of a bus trip is made solely at the Bus Company's discretion and on the Bus Company's account.

3)

The Bus Company shall issue statements and/or notices on refunds and it is the responsibility of the ticket buyer/holder to be aware of any such statements and/or notices in the event of any postponement or cancellation. Refund procedures, period and processing duration will be issued by the respective Bus Company.

4)

When authorised by the Bus Company, ezBUS shall make refunds to ticket buyers for tickets purchased from ezBUS's point-of-sales only, i.e. ezBUS website, Hotline, and ezBUS counters. For tickets purchased directly from the Bus Company or not through any ezBUS point-of-sales, ticket buyers will need to contact the Bus Company directly for refunds.

5)

Refund will only be made to the TICKET BUYER. No refunds to any third party will be made or entertained.

6)

Ticketing service fees like Ticket Booking Fee and ezBUS Fee are not refundable.

7)

Ticket buyer shall comply with the refund procedure (including agreeing to provide evidence of identity and allow its recording of) and ensure any refund submission/request shall be made during the designated refund processing period. Submission/requests made or received after the end of the processing period will not be entertained.

8)

Receiving refund submission/request by ezBUS from Ticket Buyer does not constitute automatic approval of refund. Approval of refund is subjected to numerous factors including but not limited to :

 
  • satisfactory compliance to ezBUS internal verification procedures

  • ticket buyer producing the original tickets in good and complete condition (with all stubs intact)

  • ezBUS having the funds received from ticket sales. As refunds are made on Bus Company's account, any refund made by ezBUS shall only be made out of sums still held by ezBUS on behalf of the Bus Company as authorized by prior agreement with the Bus Company.

  • 9)

    Tickets purchased via credit card shall be refunded through the SAME credit card. Ticket buyer shall submit a front copy of the credit card as proof of evidence. If the credit card in concern is no longer in-use and/or is being cancelled, refund shall be issued via cheque.

    10)

    Tickets purchased using payments other than credit cards shall be refunded via cheque. Ticket buyer shall submit a front copy of his/her NRIC or other accepted identity evidence document to facilitate the cheque issuance and collection.
