What is ezBUS?
ezBUS is a bus ticketing system for intercity bus journeys. With ezBUS, you can purchase express bus tickets to your destination in Peninsular Malaysia from any bus company that has engaged our system.
Is ezBUS a bus operator?
ezBUS is not a bus operator. It is a bus ticketing system that sells tickets for a host of bus operators who use our system, for the convenience of their passengers. See full list of Bus Operators here. How can I purchase tickets?

Now you no longer need to go all the way to the bus terminal just to get your tickets, saving you time and money. How do I purchase my ticket online?
Just log on to www.ezbus.com.my and register yourself by following the simple instructions. Choose your departure and destination town/cities, date and time of travel. The system will allow you to choose from available bus trips by the participating bus operators. Select and pay using credit card or direct bank debit.
How do I pay for my tickets when purchasing it online?
You can choose to pay by:

Can I choose my seats?
Yes, ezBUS allows you to select your preferred seat. Seat selection is based on first-come-first-served basis.
How do I collect my tickets?
i. For online purchases, you are given a Confirmation Reference Number. Please print the ticket purchase confirmation and present the reference number together with your identity card at bus operator counter or any of Axcess outlets (Axcess HQ, 1Utama & Alamanda Shopping centres, Bukit Jalil Sports Stadium) 30 minutes before boarding time to get your bus ticket.
ii. For phone-in purchases, you are given a Confirmation Reference Number by our customer service staff. Please present this number and your identity card at bus operator counter or any of the Axcess outlets (Axcess HQ, 1utama & Alamanda Shopping centres, Bukit Jalil Sports Stadium) 30 minutes before boarding time to get your ticket.
iii. For ezBUS counter purchases, ticket(s) will be issued immediately.
Can I buy return tickets?
Yes, ezBUS is here to make it easy for you to purchase your bus tickets. You can buy single trip, return trips and even open tickets.
What is open ticket?
When you book your ticket online, you are given a choice of single, return or open tickets. Open Ticket feature gives you the flexibility to book for multiple destinations. For example you wish to travel from Kuala Lumpur to Penang, and then to Langkawi before going to Kota Bahru and finally back to Kuala Lumpur. This feature allows you to plan and buy your tickets for all these destinations.
Can I buy my ticket in advance?
Yes, most Bus Operators start selling their tickets at least one month in advance or even earlier especially for festive or peak travelling seasons.
